Danny Saldana

Danny has worked at the Anacapa Brewery since it opened back in 2000 and officially became the new owner as of May 1st 2007.  Danny was raised in a family owned restaurant & has over 31 years of restaurant experience.

As the new owner of the Brewery, Danny's goal is to continue providing Ventura with a great selection of handcrafted ales, a menu of delicious and original meals and a warm friendly meeting place. Whether in a suit and tie or shorts and flip flops, you will always feel welcomed by our familiar staff of long term employees. You will feel right at home in the Anacapa's 120 year old beautifully restored brick building, with multiple TVs & warm decor. Making it a great place to meet you with friends to catch the game or just to unwind after work.

Our walls are a feast for the eyes too.  Natalie Sieman is Anacapa's own Art Curator,  keeping our walls filled with the works of hot local artist. We feature a new artist every six weeks.

Brewer-Adam Ball

 Our head brewer Adam Ball has been with us since May of 2007.  His passion for beer allows him to create a lineup that is always changing with respect to traditional styles and innovative brewing.  He has spent several years brewing for San Diego breweries which allows him to brew with a diverse range of flavors.  An education at the Siebel Institute in Chicago, IL provides a foundation for consistency and freshness. His obsession to create the perfect pint ensures that the future of Anacapa Brewing Company is in good hands.  He looks forward to having a pint with you.
