A Brewmaster Dinner is more than just great food at a great restaurant. It is a gourmet dining experience, complete with a full selection of seasonal beers and rich, tantalizing dishes of the freshest foods, served to you by a very pleasant, professional wait staff.
Start perfecting your Southern drawl as Executive Chef Sandy Smith has put
together the menu for our "Cajun Brewmaster Dinner" that includes five
N'awlins-style courses matched with 5 different ales and lagers selected by
Brewmaster Guy Bartmess. The dinner will start at 7 p.m. on Monday, January
20th, Martin Luther King Day. Below is the menu for our 10th edition in our
quarterly Brewmaster Dinner series.
As usual the price is only $45 per person (plus tax & gratuity). Seating
will be limited to 50 guests so don't wait too long to sign up (22 spots are
reserved already as of this mailing--we placed the menu in the resturant on
Thursday).Six straight dinners have sold out so don't wait too long to
reserve your place. The restaurant will be closed to regular business for
this reservation only dinner. Sorry, but special promotional discounts will
not apply to this dinner such as Mug Club discounts, Discovery Dining, iDine
Mileage Programs and Teacher discounts.
