Valentine’s Brewmaster Dinner

“A Feast for Lovers”

First Course: Hurricane Hefeweizen
Cumin-roasted prawns, Meyer lemon-Yukon gold potato puree, sweet basil, red onion and orange petit salad.

Soup Course: Organic Pale Ale
Roasted Beet Soup with Champagne Crème Fraiche.

Third Course: Two Penny Scotch Ale
Moroccan-spiced lamb lollypop, pearl barley risotto and sherry tomato vinaigrette.

Fourth Course: Anniversary Ale
Short rib braised in smoky mole negro, huitlacoche & crema fresca polenta, garnished with fried plantain.

Dessert Course: Flannigan’s Irish Stout
Hand-rolled Truffles infused with Chipotle.

The cost of the dinner is a bargain at $49 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Reservations and deposit are required. As of this writing we are almost 50% full (we limit seating to 50) so don't wait to the last minute to surprise your wife, girlfriend, husband, boyfriend, partner or significant other. All of our Brewmaster Dinners in the past have sold out--we only do 3 or 4 per year.

If you have any questions feel free to call us at the brewpub. For vegetarians, we do our best to adapt the menu to meet your needs. Let the staff know at the time of your reservation that you will require a vegetarian menu. Come join us, or subscribe and stay in touch for future dinners. It is an experience you shouldn't miss!
