A Gourmet Dining Experience at the Anacapa Brewing Company

We have just finished designing the menu for our
"All-Star Chef Brewmaster Dinner" that includes six unique courses, each from
a different local gourmet chef matched with seven different
ales and lagers selected by Brewmaster Guy Bartmess. The dinner will start
at 7 p.m. on Monday, March 29th. Below is the menu for the latest edition in
our quarterly Brewmaster Dinner series.
Salad Course:
Green Papaya Salad with a Chile, Lime & Garlic Dressing
- Tee Yenbamroong, Chai's Thai Cuisine
Appetizer Course:
Spicy Chicken, Chorizo, & Wild Mushroom Wontons with a Butternut Squash Puree
- Kelly Briglio, Westside Cellars
2nd Course:
Picoso Guero Chile Stuffed with a Chicken/Currant Salpicon draped with a Chipotle Walnut Cream Sauce
- Sandy Smith, Anacapa Brewing Company
3rd Course:
Jumpin' Creole Shrimp over Cheddar Grits & Spinach with Cornbread Croutons
- Louis Ludwig & Levon Wallace, Austen's at the Pierpont Inn
4th Course:
Beef Short Rib Braised in Foghorn Porter served with Horseradish Mash Potatoes
- Tim Kilcoyne, Sidecar Cafe
Dessert Course:
Mango Mint Sorbet in a Chilled Cucumber Chile Puree
- Kim Wallace, Austen's at the Pierpont Inn
The price is only $55 per person (plus tax & gratuity). Seating will be limited to 55 guests so don't wait too long to sign up - our brewmaster dinners can sell out weeks in advance. To
make a reservation give us a call at the restaurant at 643-BEER, or tell
your server or bartender if you happen to be stopping by in the next week or
so. We regret that special promotional discounts will not apply to this dinner such as Mug Club discounts, Discovery Dining, and our weekday Teacher discount promotion.
