Each course designed by Chef Sandy Smith is matched
with a unique Hand-Crafted Ale.
Appetizer Course:
WARM LOBSTER TACOS with YELLOW TOMATO SALSA & JICAMA SALAD
Soup Course:
SOUTHWEST ROASTED CORN CHOWDER
First Entree:
PANFRIED SALMON with SERRANO CHILE/CILANTRO SAUCE & BLACK BEAN RELISH
Second Entree:
GRILLED TOP SIRLOIN with ANCHO CHILE SAUCE, RED CHILE ONION RINGS AND BUTTON
MUSHROOM ENCHILADAS
Dessert Course:
CHOCOLATE PECAN PUDDING CAKE with MOCHA SAUCE
The price is only $49 per person (plus tax & gratuity). Seating
will be limited to 50 guests (Six straight dinners have sold out so don't wait too long to
reserve your place). The restaurant will be closed to regular business for
this reservation only dinner. Sorry, but special promotional discounts will
not apply to this dinner such as Mug Club discounts, Discovery Dining, iDine
Mileage Programs and Teacher discounts.
