A Gourmet Dining Experience at the Anacapa Brewing Company

Executive Chef Sandy Smith has just finished designing the menu for our
"Pacific Rim Brewmaster Dinner" that includes five unique courses, each from
a different country bordering the Pacific Ocean, matched with five different
ales and lagers selected by Brewmaster Guy Bartmess. The dinner will start
at 7 p.m. on Monday, August 25th. Below is the menu for the 12th edition in
our quarterly Brewmaster Dinner series.
Appetizer Course:
Sesame & Chile Sauce Chicken “Malaji” with Cucumber Relish
Soup Course:
Thai Shrimp Curry with Aromatic Yellow Rice
3rd Course:
Fried Whole Trout with Chilean Garlic Sauce & Vietnamese Fried Rice
4th Course:
Seared Five-Spice Duck Breast with Pear & Green Peppercorn Sauce and Stir
Fried Snow Peas & Mushrooms
Dessert Course:
Coconut Rice Pudding with Mango & Pineapple
As usual the price is only $49 per person (plus tax & gratuity). Seating will be limited to 50 guests so don't wait too long to sign up. Our
last dinner, the Tex Mex Brewmaster Dinner, sold out a week in advance. To
make a reservation give us a call at the restaurant at 643-BEER, or tell
your server or bartender if you happen to be stopping by in the next week or
so. We regret that we cannot accept special promotional discounts will not
apply to this dinner such as Mug Club discounts, Discovery Dining, iDine
Mileage Programs and our weekday Teacher discount promotion.
