A Gourmet Dining Experience at the Anacapa Brewing Company

A Brewmaster Dinner is more than just great food at a great restaurant. It is a gourmet dining experience, complete with a full selection of seasonal beers and rich, tantalizing dishes of the freshest foods, served to you by a very pleasant, professional wait staff.
Many of our guests have been asking about the next Brewmaster Dinner.
Well, we've set the date and the menu is coming soon. It will occur
Monday, April 29th at 7:00 p.m. Our Executive Chef Sandy Smith has again
put together a unique 5-course dinner extravaganza and Brewmaster Guy
Bartmess has matched these culinary delights with 5 of our hand-crafted
ales. The cost of this evening of fun is only $45 per person (plus tax and
gratuity). We've been told by past attendees that that price is a steal,
especially when compared to wine dinners that run as high as $90 per person.
Each course is served with a glass of beer but if you want more as has been
the case with some of our more "accomplished" beer connoisseurs, we'll be more
than happy to pour another glass of ale for you. As always, reservations
and a nonrefundable deposit are required since we limit seating to just 50
guests. Vegetarian entrees can be made available. Come join us for the next one, or subscribe and stay in touch for future dinners.

Appetizer
Steamed mussels with fennel, cream, & Pernod.
Hurricane Hefeweizen
Salad
Butter lettuce with bacon, dried cherries tossed in a Roquefort
vinaigrette.
Santa Rosa Red Ale
3rd Course
Macadamia-encrusted Chilean sea bass in a Thai red curry sauce.
Santa Cruz Cream Ale
4th Course
Quail jambalaya with white corn Maque Choux.
Pierpont Pale Ale
Dessert
Fresh ‘Goleta’ strawberry tart draped with a gingered marscapone cream.
Flannigan’s Irish Stout
Each course is served with a unique
seasonal-style beer.
